2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent (your "Counter-Notification"). 3. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. 4. Misrepresentations
